The protection of your personal data is a particular concern of mine. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG). In this privacy policy, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of my website.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). A data processing agreement has been concluded with the provider in accordance with $Art. 28$ GDPR.

3. Access Data

When you visit this website, data is automatically collected by the web server (so-called server log files). These include, among others, the IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser type, and operating system. This data serves the technical monitoring and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies to provide basic functions and to improve the user experience. When you visit the website for the first time, a cookie banner appears, through which you can grant or refuse your consent to certain cookies.

Consent with Real Cookie Banner Our website uses the consent management tool „Real Cookie Banner“ to obtain your consent for the storage of certain cookies on your terminal device or for the use of certain technologies and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner. The provider of this technology is devowl.io GmbH, Tannet 12, 94539 Grafling, Germany.

When you enter our website, a connection is established to the servers of devowl.io to query and assign your consents and other settings. Real Cookie Banner then stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to assign the consents granted to you or their revocation. The data collected in this way will be stored until you request us to delete it, delete the Real Cookie Banner cookie yourself, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies.

The use of Real Cookie Banner takes place in order to obtain the legally required consents for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is $Art. 6 (1) (c)$ GDPR.

To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool „Real Cookie Banner“.

5. Newsletter

If you register for my newsletter, your email address will be stored at MailerLite (UAB „MailerLite“, J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania). MailerLite is GDPR-compliant, and a data processing agreement has been concluded. Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure. Your data will be used exclusively for sending my newsletter and will not be passed on.

6. Interactive Tools

For interactive elements such as quizzes or surveys, I use Typeform (TYPEFORM S.L., Carrer Bac de Roda, 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain). Participation is voluntary, and the data you enter will be used to evaluate your responses. Typeform operates in compliance with GDPR.

7. Appointment Booking

For scheduling appointments, I use Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) and You Can Book Me (YouCanBook.Me Ltd, 38 Mill Street, Bedford, MK40 3HD, UK). Both providers process personal data and are GDPR-compliant. Booking via these tools is voluntary.

8. Video Integration

I embed videos on my website via Vimeo (Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA). When accessing pages with embedded videos, Vimeo may collect personal data such as your IP address. I have configured the embedding to be as data-efficient as possible.

9. Zoom

For online meetings and webinars, I use Zoom (Zoom Video Communications Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95113, USA). If you participate in a Zoom meeting, personal data such as your name and email address will be processed. I use Zoom on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with $Art. 28$ GDPR.

10. Tracking & Analysis

The use of these services only takes place after your express consent via Real Cookie Banner ($Art. 6 (1) (a)$ GDPR).

  • Google Analytics (GA4): This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Your IP address is anonymized. Data processing is based on your consent pursuant to $Art. 6 (1) (a)$ GDPR.

  • Google Tag Manager: I manage various scripts and tracking tools via the Google Tag Manager. The Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data. However, the activation of individual tags takes place on the basis of your consent via the cookie banner.

  • Meta Pixel & Meta Conversion API: I use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversion API to measure the success of and optimize Facebook advertisements. These tools help to record conversions (e.g., bookings or newsletter sign-ups) and optimize campaigns. Processing is carried out by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Data collection only takes place if you have given your consent via the cookie banner.

11. Payment Processing

For payment processing, I use the payment service provider Stripe, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.

If you make a payment through my website or via a Stripe Payment Link, the personal data required to process the payment is transmitted to Stripe. This may include your name, email address, billing address, payment information, payment amount, currency, and transaction-related data.

Stripe processes this data for the purpose of processing payments, preventing fraud and other misuse, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

Depending on the type of processing, Stripe may act either as a data processor on my behalf or as an independent data controller.

The processing of data required for payment processing is carried out for the performance of the contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, it is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Stripe may also process personal data outside the European Economic Area. For international data transfers, Stripe uses appropriate data protection safeguards.

12. Your Rights

According to the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access to your stored data

  • Rectification of incorrect data

  • Erasure of your data (provided there are no legal retention obligations)

  • Restriction of processing

  • Data portability

  • Withdrawal of granted consents with effect for the future

  • Objection to certain data processing operations

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).

This privacy policy is updated at regular intervals.
